Coaching is a developmental process that creates an opportunity to reflect on your behaviour and strengthen the capability to lead yourself. It is based on a relationship of mutual trust and respect with the coach, coachee and sometimes organisational stakeholders working together to achieve the coaching objectives. Typically a coaching sequence has 4-8 sessions in which new behaviour is identified and engrained.
I coach on an individual basis or in a team setting. We look at dynamics that are underlying causes for persistent behaviour and what you or the team needs to change. Book a session with me.
Inner Negotiation Workshop
The Inner Negotiation Workshop (INW) is an 2 day pressure cooker- experience for those who want more fulfilment in their lives. The INW can help you to get clarity and get what you want and how you can have it all.
The INW is designed as a process, with a beginning, middle and end. You take an inward-bound journey to the place within you that holds the answers to your life questions. Typically a group consists of 10-15 people and a 1 facilitator on 3 participants ratio of dedicated experienced facilitators to hold the space for you and encourage you to reach your objectives.

How it works
Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that helps us to understand ourselves and others. Every person has all four colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred or most natural way to be. Each team member fills in an online evaluator and receives a Insights Discovery Personal Profile. In a session we discuss the Team Wheel with preferences, strengths and blind spots of the team. Insights Discovery can be used in a workshop setting or in one-to-one coaching.
